Roslyn understands that the devil is in the details. Whether she is executing a financial plan, reviewing a client budget or just generally getting our ducks in a row, she executes tasks with a military-like precision. With more than 25 years leadership experience in the public sector, Roslyn easily identifies client opportunities and provides innovative solutions on time and most importantly – on budget.

Her expertise adds dimension to The Hester Group team ranging from strategic planning and resource management to economic development and neighborhood revitalization. In her role as Vice President, Roslyn's business acumen and optimistic nature helps keep our staff and clients focused on achieving measurable results.

In addition, she makes a wickedly delicious holiday fruitcake that is known ensue a tussle or two among her daughter and many nieces and nephews. But, don't ask her for the recipe – like her also famous bread pudding, she'll tell you "there isn't one". One of her favorite pastimes is spooling, when you see her ask her about it.
