Meet the Team

Madelene is always wearing a smile. You can always count on her for encouragement and a kind word. Since joining The Hester Group in 2007, Madelene has led the successful communications and public involvement campaigns for a number of clients. Her upbeat personality makes planning community meetings and developing databases an enjoyable task. She also provided public relations and event planning support for healthcare and transportation clients. If you have a deadline lurking, "dependable Madelene" will volunteer to stay until the mission is complete.

Madelene has also developed and implemented new processes for public involvement including the design and maintenance of a database for construction and public outreach activities. She currently serves as outreach director for the City of Jacksonville's Ash Site Project, Project New Ground.

Madelene grew up a Navy "brat" and has traveled the world from the Philippines to California. As mother of two, she loves playing video games with her son or singing songs with her daughter.
