Meet the Team

When it comes to "reaching people where they are, just as they are", our community outreach team more than delivers. Outreach Specialists Marvin Dunbar and Sam and Bill Holman team up with Business Analyst Brandon Sutton to form the force behind one of our largest program management initiatives of an EPA oversight remediation program. These fantastic men have years of experience serving not only their local community but also their country.

Marvin, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, has experience as an Operations Manager, and as an at-risk youth mentor in his native Ohio. His smooth "radio voice" serves the community well as he provides outreach and education throughout Jacksonville.

Brothers, and war veterans--Sam and Bill --have over 60 years combined experience serving both the community and their country in the US Navy (Vietnam war), and US Army (Gulf War), respectively.

Brandon, our data analyst, has recently completed his Associates of Arts degree. Brandon has served in the Iraq war, and is a member of the Air National Guard.

Under their tough protective exteriors, each of these hard-working men expressed that spending time with their families is their greatest joy!
